• SWIMMING -Year 4's intensive swimming lessons are proving to be a great success, with teachers reporting that real progress has been made. Therefore this is a reminder that you will need your swimming kits again next week. A Big Thank you also to Mrs Ruth Bull who has supported Mr Jeffreys in these sessions.

• NAMES IN COATS - PLEASE !PLEASE! PLEASE ! Can all parents check that their children's coats and school uniform are clearly marked with their names. We are having a number of reports of lost items presently and I would urge parents to check that their children are bringing home the correct coat, jumper etc. There are still a large number of unnamed clothing items in the cloakroom.

• TEDDY BEARS PICNIC - the PTA will be holding their annual teddy bear's picnic in the school yard on the 20^th September. All nursery children and their parents are invited to this, which starts at 11.30am - 12.50pm. Please come along and join us.

• CHELTENHAM TRIP- Please note that seats are filling up quickly. Could anyone who has not yet paid for their seat, please forward payment to Mrs Havard asap.

• CONNECTIONS CHURCH- We would like to thank the church for their help during the summer in painting our eco shelter. The school is fortunate to have such an active group within our community.
