  • PTA CAR BOOT SALE - This is being held on this Sunday at 9.15pm for sellers and 10am for buyers - Please come along and support us in this venture.

  • INDUSTRIAL ACTION ON THURSDAY 30th June - SOME CLASSES CLOSED - a reminder that classes 7 and 5 will be closed for pupils on this date. All other classes will remain open for that day.

  • OPEN DAY for NEW NURSERY PARENTS - please be advised that these arranged will still go ahead on the 30th June as planned.

  • TEACHING ASSISTANT POST - A part time job share  position  for two  consecutive days per week has become available within the school for September 2011. Candidates will be expected to have a minimum level 2 qualification together with relevant GCSE maths and English passes - hence showing good standards of both written and verbal communication. Successful candidates will also show a commitment to obtaining a level 3 qualification through continued study with a relevant external body. For further details please contact the school office.

  • SCHOOL REPORTS - we have made some changes to the annual report - The new look reports will be sent out on Monday 27th June. The new format also has a parent response form which you can return to your class teacher. This form is also to be used to request a meeting with your child's teacher to discuss the report - however this meeting is not obligatory.

  • ROTARY CONCERT ARRANGEMENTS - children are asked to meet staff at the Workingmen's hall no later than 6pm (the concert will start at 6.30pm). All children in the choir are to wear black /grey trousers and shoes. Additional tickets are available from the school office  @ £3.50

  • ROTARY CONCERT REHEARSALS - Children in the choir and those children chosen to play in the orchestra will be participating in a number of practices next week. Children will transported via school mini bus and coach. During afternoon Practices children will be returned to school before the end of the school day.

  • JOSEPH and HIS TECHNICOLOUR  DREAMCOAT - tickets for the key stage 2 concert will be on sale next week from the school office - more information to follow shortly
