PTA - Christmas Cards - Please can all Christmas card orders be returned to the school by Monday, 5^th December. We cannot guarantee that orders received after this date will be able to be processed in time before the end of term. All cheques to be made payable to Machen Primary School.

PTA Pamper Night -Thanks to all who attended and helped to organise this event. We raised £276.

Foundation Phase Concerts _ -Just a reminder that tickets are selling well for the concerts which will be held in the Top Club on Wednesday 7^th December and Thursday 8^th December. All costumes should now have been sent to school in readiness for the Dress rehearsal on Tuesday 6^th December. If you have not already done so please ensure that all costumes are in school by Monday 5^th.

VELINDRE HOSPITAL APPEAL - The school will be selling knitted snowmen and Christmas puddings on Thursday 8^th December. Each item is £1.00 and is filled with mini chocolate eggs. All proceeds to Velindre Hospital.

Parking on Forge Road - There have been a number of complaints from residents about illegal parking during the mornings. Please be aware that some residents have decided to contact the police about the situation.

HILSTON PARK- Children attending this annual camp will need to be in school before 8.30am on Monday. They are all to assemble in the school hall with their luggage. The bus will leave the school at 8.45. It is imperative that all medication is handed to Mrs Thomas and is clearly marked with the child's name.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS- Please note that next week will be the last week for all after school clubs, until week commencing the 9th January.
